Frustrating experience with cake order
I am completely let down by the unprofessionalism of this business. I used to love their cake and wanted to order one for an event. However, for the past month, I haven't been able to place my order because they keep redirecting me to different so-called departments. I’ve heard excuses like, “Sorry, we don’t take orders in-store,” “Sorry, we’re busy; can you call back after the break?” “Sorry, we don’t handle cake specifications; call the other group,” or “Call back later; we’ll ask the other department.” It’s been over a month of this nonsense. I would never recommend them for any event. They may be able to make cakes, but they are extremely unprofessional.
