My experience was quite disappointing. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and laughing with each other than attending to customers. It felt like serving customers was not a priority for them. Additionally, they were inflexible and unhelpful when I needed assistance. This definitely wasn't the level of professionalism I anticipated.
