Disappointing Service Experience
Aruna Pharmacy in Matara typically stocks the medications customers need, but the service leaves much to be desired. The wait times for even basic purchases are excessive, indicating a lack of organization and management. A functional token system is urgently required to manage the crowds more effectively. While most of the staff are decent and make an effort to assist, the older woman at the cashier counter lacks both customer care and basic courtesy. It seems that management, or the owner, is oblivious to how customers are being treated.
