Mixed Experience with Cake Orders

I ordered two cakes from this lovely lady: one was a wedding cake with cupcakes, and the other was a birthday cake. I found her to be both professional and very friendly. Her prices are quite reasonable, and the cakes not only tasted great but also looked fantastic. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. However, I did face a problem. I had originally requested that the top tier of my wedding cake be a fruit cake, but it arrived as a two-color sponge instead. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding? The owner did call me right away to acknowledge this was likely a communication issue, and she promised to make a fruit cake for us, saying she would deliver it in the morning. Unfortunately, that delivery never happened, despite her promise. I informed her we would be leaving by 10:30, and she assured me the cake would arrive. Sadly, she didn't deliver the cake and failed to communicate with us about it. This has left a sour feeling for me, and I feel compelled to revise my review and rating.
