This might be the finest gym in Galle. Mr. Wasantha, the instructor, is fantastic when it comes to training. He's always very accommodating and is also a qualified instructor, being the most experienced one in Galle. The gym is well-stocked with all types of modern equipment and machines. I highly recommend it! 👍💪

I recently became a member of Flex Gym and Fitness in Karapitiya, and it's been incredible so far! The gym offers a great selection of equipment, and the atmosphere is really encouraging. The coach is outstanding—very attentive and motivating, especially as he helps me with my weight loss goals. The pricing is fair, and the service is exceptional.
