    Great gym during my Sri Lanka stay

    The gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of options. There's a decent dumbbell rack too. I enjoyed my training sessions here; it's likely the best gym I visited while in Sri Lanka.

    Great gym for beginners and beyond

    I highly recommend Metroflex gym if you’re looking for a supportive coach and solid guidance. The trainers focus on helping you maintain the correct form, making it an ideal spot for beginners. However, if you’re after more intense training, The is better suited, as the coaches there really push you for quicker results.

    This gym is fantastic! The coach was incredibly friendly, and the facility is spotless. It's a great spot for strength training and muscle building.

    Classic gym with great atmosphere

    This gym has a fantastic old-school vibe and provides everything you could want for a solid workout. The day pass is $1,000, and while there’s no air conditioning, there are plenty of fans and windows for ventilation. Overall, it has a really good atmosphere.
