Avoid this pharmacy for prescriptions

My doctor advised me against getting my medication from this pharmacy because they provide substitutes instead of the prescribed medications. They claimed that the meds weren't available in Sri Lanka anymore, but I found them at another nearby pharmacy. When I went to request a refund, I didn't receive the full amount. They kept insisting they deducted the discount, despite me purchasing several items at once. Additionally, they misled me about another medication, saying it needed to be mixed, while it was actually a sealed bottle at the other pharmacy. I can't recommend this place to anyone; I used to visit frequently but now I steer clear of it.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs

I cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They constantly provide substitutes. When I inquired about the medications being original as prescribed, they assured me they were. However, when I showed them to my doctor, he confirmed these were not the medicines he prescribed. When I brought this up with the pharmacy, they started to argue. This is the worst pharmacy I've encountered in Negombo.

Poor customer service experience

I am very disappointed with the service at Moon Pharmacy. I waited in line for over 25 minutes, and not one staff member acknowledged us or offered assistance during that time. To make matters worse, people who arrived after us were helped before we were, without any explanation given. With more than 10 people in line, it was obvious that the staff favored certain customers over others. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and fairness.
