I strongly recommend Unique Pharmacy located in Negombo, Sri Lanka. I reached out to them online from overseas and experienced fantastic service from beginning to end. This pharmacy is conveniently located next to the Negombo Base Hospital and Navaloka Private Hospital, and it tends to be very busy almost all the time. They stock a wide range of medications and medical supplies, and they utilize an electronic system to call customers in. However, the waiting area is rather cramped. On the plus side, their prices are quite competitive.

I want to share a small concern. If there’s a problem with your card machine or if the cashier isn’t familiar with it, please let customers know beforehand. After waiting for quite a while, being informed only at the end that card payments aren’t accepted is really inconvenient. Customers then have to leave to get cash and come back. Given that this is a prominent pharmacy in the Negombo area, it’s rather disappointing. On a positive note, the pharmacy is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
