If you're on the hunt for imported groceries in Kandy, this place comes highly recommended. It's one of the best spots in the area, offering a wide variety of both imported and local grocery items. They also have fantastic discounts, especially on products nearing their expiration dates. You can conveniently pay with either cash or card. However, the staff tends to follow you around to inform you about ongoing discounts, which might be a bit overwhelming for introverts. One downside is the parking situation; paid street parking is available, but finding a spot during the day can be quite challenging.

Priya Stores stands out as the ideal spot to purchase all your hotel food supplies in one place. The service from the staff is top-notch, always warm and accommodating. They have an extensive selection of products, including Japanese food items, shisha flavors, a variety of cheeses, and imported goods. I particularly value that I can find nori sheets and basil paste here—these items are tough to locate elsewhere in Kandy. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of specialty and imported food items!
