Our trainer Lakee keeps us focused, always inspiring us and ensuring we show up and give our best effort. Rashmi is fantastic at challenging us while also providing support whenever we need it. The ladies-only sessions offer a secure and nurturing environment, enabling us to train freely, confidently, and grow stronger together. I’ve been training with Lakee for three months now, and I genuinely look forward to continuing this fitness journey.
