Welcoming gym for all fitness levels
This is a fantastic place to get in shape. It has a friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere. The classes are enjoyable and really effective. The trainers are approachable and genuinely care about their clients. I especially recommend it for women, as I feel very comfortable here. I started last year and have noticed I’m much stronger and fitter. If you join, don’t give up! Stay motivated, and you’ll see results with the support of Pulse Beat.

Terrible experience with rude staff
I was referred here by a friend, but my visit was disappointing. The staff were extremely rude, especially the ladies who handle the phone and those in the office, along with the woman who answers the mobile. Their client handling was very poor. Since this is a single-owner business, there’s no proper structure for addressing complaints. It felt unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
