    Comfortable Stay in Hambantota

    A pleasant spot to stay in Hambantota. The rooms are cozy and the area is peaceful. It's just a 10-minute walk to the bus station and nearby dining options.

    Great experience with a friendly owner

    This is a lovely spot with a genuinely nice owner. He took the time to show us some great locations to see local wildlife and even brought us to a nearby beach in the morning to watch the local fishing community in action. We truly appreciated it and had an excellent time.

    Delicious Sri Lankan Food and Great Service

    Janaka is a kind and accommodating man, and his establishment is welcoming for solo women. He serves up tasty Sri Lankan cuisine, offers professional Ayurvedic and sports massages, and can arrange an economical tuk-tuk safari to the outskirts of Bundala and Yala National Park. On our Bundala safari, we were lucky enough to see two elephants and some crocodiles! :)

    Great stay with fantastic hospitality

    I definitely recommend this guest house. I spent 3 nights there. Janitca, the owner, is incredibly hospitable and a wonderful cook who will make meals upon request. The guest house is centrally located, and Janitca can also arrange evening elephant tours. 10/10 👍

    Great stay with friendly owner

    My friend and I spent a night here before our reservation at Shangri-La, and we were very pleased with the hotel's excellent location and the incredibly welcoming owner. Be sure to say hello to him! I would definitely stay here again!

    Friendly owner and great food!

    I had a fantastic experience staying here for one night near the hospital in Hambantota, which I discovered through booking.com. I really wished I could have stayed longer. The owner was exceptionally warm and welcoming! They treated me to some watermelon and pineapple juice, offered free coffee, and prepared an incredible lunch for me! I highly recommend this place!!

    Great guesthouse with a caring owner

    This is an excellent guesthouse run by a wonderful owner who genuinely cares about his guests' comfort rather than just making a profit. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained. There was nothing missing—towels, soap, toilet paper, and Wi-Fi were all provided. I highly recommend this place.

    Great Stay with Delicious Food

    Yanaka picked us up from a closed beach hotel and took us to his guesthouse, where we were settled into a comfortable room. He was attentive to all our questions, prepared tasty Sri Lankan dishes along with some of his own creations for both breakfast and dinner, making our stay enjoyable and productive. And all this came at an incredible price! We truly appreciate your hospitality and hope to return if we can!
