We had an outstanding stay! The hotel is situated in a serene and lovely area. The staff was very friendly, the service was exceptional, and the food was tasty. The clean rooms contributed to a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

The rooms are a bit dated but are kept in good condition. Some of the amenities, including the floors, walls, furniture, and bathrooms, feel old-fashioned. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed delicious food, opting for the all-inclusive buffet which featured both local and international dishes for all three meals. The hotel is situated near a secluded and clean beach, and there's a large garden where children can play or groups can gather. The pool area is nice as well, and all the facilities offer good value for the price.

I had to pay a balance when checking in, even after making an advance payment for my reservation. This seems to apply only to local guests, which makes me wonder if they’re dissuading local patronage.

I took a trip to The Oasis Beach Resort in Hambantota with my wife and young daughter. It’s a fantastic spot for relaxation and exploring nearby attractions like Bird Paradise and Hambantota Town. We truly appreciated the delicious food and the warm hospitality at the hotel. A special thanks to the Food and Beverage Manager, Saheed Cassim, for his outstanding service and recommendations on local sites. He has a great personality. The Front Office team was also friendly and accommodating. The excellent service we received made our stay unforgettable. The gardens, both in the front and back, are spacious and teeming with birds, particularly peacocks. The rooms are nice, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid staying here. It's extremely overpriced at $120.00 USD. They claimed there was WIFI in the rooms, which turned out to be false. They later confessed that WIFI is only available in the lobby, and they provided a booster for the room that didn’t work. We ended up having to work from the lobby. There was absolutely no service at the pool. Dirty towels and glasses were left there all day without being cleaned up. Although many staff members were standing around in the restaurant, no one bothered to attend to the pool area. The buffet was the same for every meal. The so-called International Breakfast didn’t include ham, sausage, or bacon, which made it far from international. I tried several times to speak with the manager, but he kept avoiding us. The hotel is very old and in disrepair. We won't be coming back.

The Hotel was truly a charming spot, resembling a small piece of paradise, with staff who were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Our spacious room was clean, practical, and met our needs perfectly. The food, along with the Ayurveda doctors and treatments, was excellent—definitely highly recommended!

This resort is situated in a beautiful area and was pleasantly uncrowded, featuring an unspoiled beach. We spent our Christmas vacation here after a stay at another hotel and felt we should have booked our entire trip at this resort. While the beach was serene, it was a bit rough for swimming. The food was enjoyable; although the buffet wasn't extensive, everything tasted great, and the staff were very welcoming.
