The hotel was a peaceful and soothing retreat. The staff were charming and made every effort to understand our needs and assist us. The pool was wonderful, and the restaurant served delicious food.

I had a nice experience at Rajarata Hotel. The staff were really welcoming, and the hotel itself was quite roomy. Overall, my stay was comfortable. The food was decent, but I especially enjoyed the breakfast options. The pool area was also pleasant.

The hotel rooms are quite nice. The service here is impressive as well; if you're in search of a clean place with great food choices and welcoming staff, I would suggest this hotel. Receptionists Ms. Lahiruni and Ms. Madara were excellent, and the food is very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation.

The staff across the board were incredibly helpful. They quickly resolved some room allocation errors. The food was tasty, though we prefer a bit more authenticity. For instance, instead of naan bread, we would have appreciated Sri Lankan pol roti. Overall, the meals were enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience in a cozy room that offered a lovely view of the pool. Shaluka took great care of us at the pool bar and during breakfast. His service was outstanding; he is a courteous and attentive young man. Every staff member we met was exceptional.

The rooms were decent, but the beds were quite squeaky. When I requested a change, the staff acted quickly to accommodate me. However, the bed linens in the new room had stains. Fortunately, there were two beds, so I just used the other one to sleep. I left as soon as I could and don’t plan to return.

Upon arriving at the resort, we were struck by the beautiful entry. We were welcomed with a refreshing cold drink and a chilled towel, along with warm, friendly smiles. The meals we had were fantastic, and the staff was consistently attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring a large king-size bed.
