The room was nice, but we had an issue with the swimming pool due to extremely high chlorine levels. I would advise against using it as it could be dangerous. I raised this concern with the owner, but he shifted the blame onto me. The pool pump only runs for one hour each day. Overall, a disappointing experience at the hotel.

Our stay at Mindana Residencies in Anuradhapura was delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered outstanding customer service during our time there. We reserved the VIP room for one night after checking their website while we were in Japan. We were really pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking family-friendly accommodations. I spent time here with my family and friends, and we found the rooms to be very clean and inviting. The air conditioning worked well, and we had access to a TV and hot water. The pool was clean and felt safe for swimming. I can't praise the service enough; it's definitely the highlight of the experience. Last weekend, we stayed at this residence with our 4 1/2 year old child, and everything was just right—spotless and well-maintained! The swimming pool, including the baby pool, was in excellent condition. The prices were reasonable, and we had the flexibility to order food based on our preferences. The rooms and bathrooms were top-notch!

We booked five rooms (101, 102, 103, 104, and 106), and they all surpassed our expectations. Each room had a small pantry area with a sink and cupboards, a comfy sofa, a TV, and a dining space with a table and chairs. The bedrooms were equipped with a double bed and one or two single beds. All rooms were air-conditioned, while the living areas and pantry had ceiling fans. The bathrooms were very clean, and they provided towels and soap. The owner and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we struggled to find a three-wheeler or taxi, they kindly stepped in and arranged transportation for us in the evening and early morning. The swimming pool was clean and well-kept, and we had a great time using it. Overall, our experience at Mindana Residencies was delightful. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience here. Three of us friends were given a spacious room featuring one double bed and one single bed, along with a large living room and balcony. Everything was spotless and felt new. The air conditioning was fantastic! The hosts were very welcoming and organized.

I spent a night here with my family in two family suites, and I must say, the place looks even more impressive in person than in its photos! The rates are quite reasonable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The service is exceptional, easily deserving a 5-star rating. The owner is very welcoming and greets guests with a friendly smile. The staff is also incredibly attentive, often stepping in to help us before we even asked for anything. We had a great time during our stay, particularly enjoying the pristine pool and well-kept surroundings. Everything was just right.
