The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience during our stay, as they met all our requests, including a very late check-in, which isn’t something many hotels provide. The view from the property is breathtaking, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. Plus, it’s a budget-friendly option.

I stayed during the New Year's celebrations, and it was incredibly crowded and loud due to concerts in Victoria Park across the street. The noise from the music and children with firecrackers went on until 2 am for two of the three nights I was there, making sleep impossible. However, the staff were very accommodating, especially Sydney, along with the rest of the team who were wonderful. My room was fairly clean, but there was a strong smell of mold. I had specifically requested a quiet room on the lower ground floor, but it seems there are drainage problems, as my towel wouldn't dry.

This hotel was a delightful 3-star option. The rooms were spacious and offered a pleasant green view from the balcony. The staff, Sidney and Callum, went above and beyond to assist. Breakfast provided a wide selection, and the town was just a short tuk-tuk ride away.
