    Heartbreaking Experience at Inroma Resort

    I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the Inroma Holiday Resort after our recent visit. Picture this: my wife, our two young children, and I arrived at the hotel, weary from our journey, only to find out that our reserved room had been abruptly canceled. The lack of consideration for our comfort and well-being by the hotel was shocking. We had carefully planned our stay, clearly communicating our needs, including the fact that we were traveling with infants. Yet, when we arrived, the hotel had the nerve to tell us our reservation was canceled, leaving us without a place to stay. The shock and anger we felt were overwhelming. To make things worse, the hotel staff displayed no empathy and were entirely indifferent to our situation. They didn’t offer a sincere apology or make any real attempt to resolve the issue. Their coldness was apparent, as if our presence was a bother to them rather than their cancellation being the problem. We were left scrambling to find last-minute accommodations with tired children in tow. Our plans went up in smoke, and what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a nightmare because of the hotel’s unforgivable actions. It's hard to understand how a supposedly respectable hotel can treat guests, especially families, in such a cruel way. The emotional and logistical chaos we faced is unacceptable and has forever changed how we view this hotel. I urge anyone thinking about booking at the Inroma Holiday Resort to reconsider. Their total lack of professionalism, compassion, and integrity is simply unforgivable. No family should have to go through the distress and inconvenience we experienced due to their heartless behavior. In summary, the Inroma Holiday Resort showed a blatant disregard for the comfort and well-being of their guests. Their last-minute cancellation without any explanation or effort to fix the situation is an inexcusable offense. Save yourself the trouble we faced and avoid this unfeeling establishment.

    Average stay with helpful staff

    I stayed for a couple of nights with a group of seven, including two foreigners. It's not the best place for those from abroad. The cleanliness is just okay overall, but the kitchen cleanliness is below average. While it’s a decent spot for the price, the washrooms really need some maintenance. The rooms are average, and there’s no extra heating, but I can’t complain much given the cost. The staff were quite helpful during our stay. My main issue arose on the second night when a group on the lower floor began drinking and making a lot of noise in the lobby. The TV was also blaring loudly. It seems there’s no strict policy about keeping quiet after 10 PM. When I brought up the noise issue, the person in charge did try to reduce it, but it didn’t completely stop. Also, parking is quite limited; only about three cars can fit.

    I strongly recommend Inroma for anyone in search of a tidy, cozy, and inviting accommodation. The rooms are kept in excellent condition, the staff is very courteous and accommodating, and the overall service is outstanding.

    Wonderful experience at Inroma Holiday Resort

    We had a fantastic time at Inroma Holiday Resort! The warm hospitality, tidy and comfortable rooms, along with a serene setting, contributed greatly to our enjoyment. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, and the food was tasty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Nuwara Eliya!

    I enjoyed my time at Inroma Holiday Resort. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was tidy, the bed was comfy, and the warm blankets were just right for the cool climate of Nuwara Eliya. It's conveniently located just a short drive from the town center, perfect for sightseeing. Overall, it offers great value for the money.

    Pleasant stay at Inroma Holiday Resort

    We spent a night at Inroma Holiday Resort in Nuwara Eliya and had a delightful time. The location is serene and only a quick drive from both Gregory Lake and the town center, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was clean and snug, with warm bedding that was ideal for the chilly weather. While the amenities are basic, they provided everything we needed. The view from our window was beautiful and contributed to the overall relaxing vibe. What really impressed us was the welcoming and accommodating staff. They were always eager to help and made us feel at home right from our arrival. We truly valued their friendliness and willingness to meet our needs.

With 21 people in our group, everything went smoothly. The staff even prepared tasty meals for all of us, which truly enhanced our stay. The bathrooms were particularly clean and had water heaters. We definitely recommend this place!

    Great stay with excellent service

    The rooms were spotless and the food was delicious. Kanna and Divakaran delivered outstanding service during our visit. The owner, Chamalki, was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place in Nuwara Eliya!
