Average Stay with Disappointing Views
The hotel didn’t match the images I saw. The views weren’t impressive, and while the room was acceptable, it wasn’t anything special. Overall, it was just a standard stay.

The service here is excellent, and the beds are really comfortable. Both the room and bathroom are quite attractive. I spent two nights here, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. I suggest staying for at least two nights to fully enjoy everything, as attractions like Gregory Lake and Gregory Park are close by. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance to the town. I wish Hotel Grand Turf all the best in its growth and expansion.

Kudos to the chef and his team for the tasty food, impressive presentation, and generous portions. When you're away from home, good food is essential. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice as well. I will definitely return.

After the Ditwah cyclone, I stayed with my family at Hotel Grand Turf. The staff, particularly Indikar, provided excellent care during our visit. The room service, food, and location were fantastic. I have no complaints at all. Thank you, Indikar.

We reserved two family rooms and were initially informed we’d been upgraded to rooftop premium rooms. However, when we arrived, we found out those rooms were no longer available due to another booking. While we accepted our original rooms, it’s frustrating when a business doesn’t keep its promises. The parking situation was also lacking. We got there early and parked in front, but the staff later moved our car to the side of the road to accommodate a larger group. It felt like there were double standards when it came to guest treatment. Plus, the full-board food options were quite limited, with only two dinner choices. Given the rates they charge, the service and amenities don’t quite hold up compared to other hotels in this range. However, the view was fantastic.

We fell in love with this hotel right from our arrival! The scene of guests relishing afternoon tea on the terrace while a saxophone player serenaded us set an ideal mood to kick things off. An entire team of staff welcomed us, and we were treated to exquisite tea and jaggery. Our experience was off to a fantastic start!

This lovely, small new hotel had a friendly receptionist who was very helpful. The food was outstanding, although the menu was limited. They could definitely expand both the breakfast and dinner options. We stayed in a ground-floor room that was a bit chilly, but they provided extra heaters, which made it comfortable. Additionally, the laundry service was quite affordable. Overall, it was a good experience.

We spent two days at this property and were quite pleased. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-kept. We had a balcony overlooking Gregory Lake. The food was delicious, and the staff was wonderful. Mr. Indikar, the manager, was particularly attentive and provided us with helpful information about nearby attractions. I definitely recommend this place!
