    Nice hotel with great views

    This hotel is quite lovely, offering fantastic views and a wonderful spot for a holiday. It provides great value for the price, and the food is delicious.

    Decent stay but lacks accessibility

    The hotel was fine, but there are no balconies in any of the rooms, limiting the views given its height. Additionally, there are many steps to climb just to get to the rooms, making accessibility a challenge, especially for seniors or children who need to go to the restaurant for meals. The room heater also struggles to effectively warm the space given the cold climate. Overall, it’s an acceptable stay, but it doesn’t quite live up to the beauty of Nuwara Eliya.

    Stunning view and great service

    The view and location are fantastic! The staff members are friendly and accommodating. Chef R. Ananth truly works wonders with his Indian cuisine, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our server, V. Prabagaran, was polite and very helpful. However, be prepared for quite a few steps to reach your room. Overall, the staff were wonderful and supportive.

    Cozy stay with stunning mountain views

    I had a delightful one-night stay at this cozy hotel, perched high up with stunning views of the Nuwara Eliya Mountains, and just a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive to Gregory Lake. The food was great, and the rooms felt both cold and cozy. My only issue was with the room heater, which only provided warmth for about three minutes before shutting off, making it a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff was very friendly, and overall, it was a lovely hotel experience.

    Enjoyable Family Stay at Oakray

    We had a wonderful time at Oakray Summer Hill Breeze. My children absolutely loved their two-night stay. The hot water in the bathroom was fantastic. The staff, including waiters and helpers, were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food served at the restaurant was top-notch. Plus, the view from our room offered a stunning look over the beautiful valley.

    Pleasant stay with good service

    This place is quite lovely. I had an enjoyable experience. The heater was functioning well. While the food could use some improvement, they were accommodating with our vegetarian requests. Hariharan and Prabhakar offered excellent service. Overall, it's a nice spot for an overnight stay.

    Charming stay in Nuwara Eliya

    This hotel in Nuwara Eliya offered a delightful and serene experience. The colonial-style architecture added a unique charm to our visit. Our room was cozy and inviting. The staff was accommodating and helped organize sightseeing tours. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We appreciated the tranquil setting and the lovely gardens. Definitely recommended for a relaxing getaway in the mountains.

    Great Service at This Restaurant

    Overall, it was a very good experience. Aslaan provided us with excellent service, and Mr. Raghu was outstanding as well. They were both so attentive and friendly! I highly recommend this place.
