The staff at this place are incredible and super friendly. They truly go above and beyond to help you. The location is conveniently close to the main town, making it easy to walk there. Our room was quite spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We chose to have breakfast, and it was a fantastic deal for what we received.

This hotel is charming, impeccably clean, and offers outstanding service. We spent two nights there, and they were accommodating with breakfast timings. One morning, they even prepared a hearty and tasty breakfast for us. It's just a 10-minute walk to the city center.

I’m Sneha from Canada, and I really enjoyed my time at The Golden Legacy Hotel. The views from our window of the town were impressive, and I had the best breakfast here compared to all the other places I've stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there when we needed assistance. The ambiance is super cute and cozy! 😍 It was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend it for both families and couples. Plus, the Christmas decorations were beautiful! Kavi and Don gave us excellent service; God bless them all!

We ended up at The Golden Legacy Hotel in Nuwara Eliya for three days because of the floods, and although the circumstances were stressful, our time at the hotel was truly fantastic. Don and his incredible team made sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure we felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after. Don was always around, offering help and showing genuine care. The whole staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The delicious food, cozy rooms, and personalized service made everything just perfect. What began as an unfortunate situation transformed into a memorable and heartwarming experience because of their exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend it. If you find yourself in Nuwara Eliya, this is definitely the place to stay. 🙏✨

Our group of seven Pekoe trail trekkers enjoyed the entire facility during our three-night stay. The cheerful and professional staff provided excellent, prompt, and thoughtful service. The updated rooms and facilities were well-kept. They accommodated our specific dietary needs, and the food was fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

This hotel has a lovely colonial vibe. We received a warm and friendly welcome from both the owner and the staff, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable, and the breakfast was ample enough to feed a small country. It was delicious and enjoyable, but honestly, it was just too much—this isn’t a complaint, just a note. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

This hotel is fantastic! Don and his team are very welcoming. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and have comfy beds. Our week was quite chaotic as we had to flee the city center due to flooding from the cyclone. Don and his staff quickly provided us with a room and were incredibly helpful in every way possible.
