    Friendly service and fresh seafood

    The staff here are incredibly friendly, upbeat, and speak Russian. The food is excellent and priced reasonably. Don’t be misled by the counter's atmosphere; everything is fresh and tasty. We ate there daily, enjoying tuna, barracuda, marlin, shrimp, octopus, squid, and live lobsters from the aquarium. It's truly a fantastic spot.

    Unique seafood experience in Sri Lanka

    Interacting with local fishermen to select and talk about the daily catch before enjoying their finest fish or shrimp grilled at a fraction of the typical price was one of the most enjoyable experiences I had in Sri Lanka!

    Exceptional Service and Delicious Food

    This restaurant is truly fantastic. I accidentally left my bag in the tuk-tuk on my way there, but the staff, particularly the manager, went above and beyond to find it, and they successfully returned it to me. I wholeheartedly recommend this delightful restaurant with such kind and welcoming people. Everything from the flavors to the ambiance and pricing is top-notch! I apologize for the confusion; I realized my mistake after the owner kindly responded. My bag was what I left in the tuk-tuk. I'm really sorry to the owner and everyone involved.

    Fantastic beachside dining experience

    During our week in Galle, we visited this place twice. The food is outstanding, and the staff are wonderful. The fish is incredibly fresh, and you can genuinely taste that freshness. There's a bottle shop just two doors down, so you can grab a beer or two and enjoy the breeze while waiting for your selected fish to be cooked. It’s a no-frills spot, but the food is excellent and the beach atmosphere is perfect. Definitely worth a visit! 5 stars

    Delicious Lunch Worth Repeating

    We enjoyed it so much that we returned for lunch the very next day. You really need to add this place to your list! Don't forget to swing by the bottle shop next door for a refreshing cold cider—it's perfect!

    Exceptional hospitality and fresh food

    The food here was incredibly fresh and truly delicious. Although we arrived after closing time, the owner graciously agreed to whip up a meal for us when I explained that we had traveled a long way and were quite hungry. His generosity and kindness were remarkable. We genuinely appreciated his warm hospitality and the effort he put into accommodating us. A big thank you for such a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place!
