Unprofessional and Dismissive Experience

I had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience. A tall lady was assigned to me, and when I went in to discuss a very sensitive personal matter, she completely dismissed my concerns as if they were trivial. Instead of listening or trying to grasp the root of the issue, she spent the session lecturing me about my self-esteem and told me I just needed to 'be stronger.' To make things worse, she quickly jumped to suggesting medication without even trying to understand my situation first. I felt judged rather than supported, and I left feeling much worse than when I walked in. It seemed like she was just a freelancer with nothing better to do, seeking her own 'feel-good' factor instead of showing real expertise. Clearly, she is not qualified to handle serious issues. Save your time and look for a professional who truly understands what they are doing and has the right qualifications to help, rather than someone who is just going through the motions.
