Consistently Excellent Service
I've been visiting Nawaloka for a long time, and I truly believe their service surpasses that of other hospitals. Just yesterday, I underwent minor surgery for the first time, and I was very pleased with the experience.

Inconvenient payment process
Patients are required to walk from one building to another just to make a payment. Given that this hospital has modern technology and equipment, I anticipated a much more efficient experience. The entire process feels antiquated and appears to be years behind what one would expect from a contemporary healthcare facility.

Frustrating experience at Nawaloka Hospital
Our time at Nawaloka Hospital was quite frustrating and disappointing. My father had an echocardiogram, but it seemed the staff lacked clarity in explaining the test, what the results meant, and what the next steps should be. We found ourselves having to ask multiple times for information.
