The staff at the laboratory were extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve seen better behavior from nurses in government hospitals. We didn’t come here looking for free service, yet the treatment we received was disappointing.

This hospital is quite subpar. There are people wandering around, and the security team is incredibly unhelpful. The treatment of patients is horrendous. They also charge for parking, yet some staff seem to roam around without paying, obstructing the roads.

I've been visiting Nawaloka for a long time, and I truly believe their service surpasses that of other hospitals. Just yesterday, I underwent minor surgery for the first time, and I was very pleased with the experience.

Patients are required to walk from one building to another just to make a payment. Given that this hospital has modern technology and equipment, I anticipated a much more efficient experience. The entire process feels antiquated and appears to be years behind what one would expect from a contemporary healthcare facility.
