Great service and beautiful jewellery

The jewellery here is beautiful, but what really stood out was the incredibly helpful staff. I visited to purchase some jewellery for my saree, and one of the main staff members provided me with fantastic assistance. Additionally, I was in search of a tailor to alter my skirt, and they connected me with a lady tailor who did a wonderful job on my outfit. I highly recommend this place for both their stunning jewellery and their kind, supportive team. I will definitely return.

Disappointing Pricing Experience

I visited for the first time and found the selection to be quite limited, although the staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, my interaction with the owner, who handled billing, left a lot to be desired. He mentioned that I was receiving a 'warehouse price' due to being a foreign customer, but I later discovered I was charged much more than many local patrons. After realizing the price discrepancy, I asked for a refund, but he was uncooperative and inflexible. The management's customer service was lacking, and I felt misled. I can't recommend this place to other foreigners, as my experience felt deceptive.
