    Excellent dental care on vacation

    At the start of my vacation, I experienced a toothache. My dentist recommended getting an x-ray to identify the problem. I located this clinic through my records and decided to visit. The equipment was modern, everything was organized, and after a brief consultation with the doctors, they opted to treat the issue immediately to avoid spoiling my vacation. The service was prompt and professional. We didn't have insurance, but the fees were quite reasonable. I highly recommend this clinic.

    Avoid for Tooth Preservation

    I went to this dentist for a simple issue—a filling that needed fixing. To my surprise, I was told that I should have the whole tooth removed, as if teeth were just ornaments. Apparently, a filling wasn’t an option because it was deemed "beyond saving." Interestingly, I found another dentist in Galle, just a few kilometers away, who had a different perspective. All I needed was a root canal, and here I am three years later with the tooth still intact and no problems at all. It seems this dentist’s approach to dental care is quite extreme: if something’s broken, just take it out! Maybe in their office, teeth are more of a bother than something to keep. If you want a quick extraction, this might be the place for you! But if you care about your teeth, I recommend seeking a second opinion.

    Poor dental experience with lasting issues

    I cannot recommend this dental clinic. I had a root canal there in 2025. While the treatment was fine, I later learned I needed a crown to protect the tooth. When I inquired about getting a crown, the dentist denied its necessity. A few months later, the tooth broke. If it had been crowned, it would have been stronger, and I could have avoided this situation. Now, I might have to redo the root canal and get a crown, or even have the tooth extracted, which has resulted in additional pain, time, and costs.
