I previously visited to get information about my orthodontist's upcoming appointment days. To confirm my next visit, I’ve been calling for two days to schedule an appointment but haven’t received any response. I also sent a message via WhatsApp, which was delivered but went unanswered. The service is very poor.

This is by far the worst dental practice I've ever encountered. I brought my father here for an implant treatment. During the payment process, Sanjeewa assured us that the remaining steps for the implant would be completed within three months. We paid the full amount based on that confirmation, and now, nearly five months later, they still haven't scheduled an appointment to continue the treatment. Despite numerous phone calls, they keep saying they'll check and get back to us, but it feels like no one is taking responsibility. Recently, a woman informed us that the doctor has set a date for April. My time was completely wasted at Cayo. I recommend Dr. Dianas Dental Hospital for dental needs in Kandy, as I had a better experience there for a root filling.

I know the owner, Dr. Sumith Gunawardana, personally. However, I'm giving two stars because my wife attempted to schedule an appointment with him multiple times. Initially, they answered and informed us he was available on May 20th. But since my wife couldn't make it that day due to her busy schedule, she tried to book for the following day, only to be told that such a doctor wasn’t available at that time. Very disappointing service.
