The place is clean and the staff are friendly, but I left feeling let down. I asked twice for a gum shield, but instead of simply saying he couldn't do it, he insisted on examining my mouth and charging a consultation fee. After that, he informed me that it was against his policy to make a gum shield. He could have communicated that from the outset instead of trying to make a profit off me.
