I was really let down by the channeling service. There's no effective patient management system in place. Initially, I was pleased to receive a scheduled consultation time and even got a notification when the doctor arrived. However, I ended up waiting over 4 hours just to get my medication. They need to communicate wait times better and not waste patients' time. It's frustrating that those who arrived on time still had to wait so long. I'm highly disappointed and won't be returning for a timely appointment again.

To the Management Team, We are currently patients in Room 103, and this note serves to formally express our experience to senior management, including Mr. Ashoka Pathirage and the hospital leadership. First off, we want to commend the medical staff. Their professionalism and commitment to patient care are truly impressive; they are undoubtedly valuable members of the hospital. However, we have significant concerns regarding the standards of the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments. The service in these areas is alarmingly poor and falls well below acceptable levels. Cleanliness and hygiene are critically lacking, which is unacceptable for a healthcare facility, especially at a rate of USD 80 per day. The current conditions fail to meet even basic three-star accommodation standards, let alone the hygiene requirements expected in a hospital. The cleanliness issues, neglect in maintenance, and the overall environment indicate a serious failure in operational management. It's worrying that spaces meant to provide a clean, safe, and germ-free atmosphere for patients are so inadequate. Moreover: - There are evident signs of long-term neglect regarding deep cleaning and maintenance. - Repairs and upkeep seem to have been overlooked for a long time. - Basic hygiene protocols are not consistently followed. - Medications are not always stored in appropriate temperature-controlled conditions. - Staff areas are also kept in very poor condition. This situation raises significant concerns about quality standards and patient safety, suggesting that cost-saving measures may be prioritized over patient care. We strongly urge management to take immediate action to address these critical issues, especially in upholding the fundamental hygiene and service standards expected in a hospital setting. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to prompt action.

I had a remarkable experience at Asiri Medical Hospital during a very stressful time. The night before my trip abroad, my wife’s appointment was unexpectedly cancelled. I reached out to the hospital, and Mr. Dishan (PRO) took my call—he managed everything flawlessly from that point on. Dishan was attentive, recognized our urgency, and swiftly found the best solution. Upon our arrival, he was exceptionally courteous and professional, and the whole hospital team was friendly, supportive, and well-organized. I want to extend a special thanks to Dr. Nalinda Rodrigo for the outstanding consultation. This is truly top-notch customer service. Highly recommended!

I had a frustrating experience at Asiri Health. The billing was completely unclear. They presented me with a hefty bill, and when I questioned the charges, they suddenly "deducted" a significant amount without any explanation, which felt dishonest. To top it off, after fasting for 38 hours post-op, I was given cold soup at 3 AM with no way to heat it. Considering the high "premium" service fees they charge daily, the care was far below standard. Be wary of their billing practices and the quality of patient care.

The doctors and nurses were incredibly friendly, leaving me with no complaints. From the moment I arrived, they provided me with such attentive care. The hospital was spotless and everything went seamlessly. We even received a discount through the Suraksha claim. I genuinely appreciate the outstanding care and service. I highly recommend this hospital to others ❤️
