Poor customer service experience
I made over 30 calls and received zero answers. The customer care at Asiri Hospital Visa Medical Unit never picks up the phone, whether it's morning, evening, or during business hours. If you're planning to do a visa medical, don't count on getting any assistance over the phone. It's very unprofessional.
