Terrible service experience

The service here was extremely poor. I tried calling for almost three hours without anyone answering. We even had to file a complaint with the government. This staff needs to be sent home.

Rude staff at private hospital

The staff here are very unprofessional. Even though it's a fully private hospital where you pay for everything, the filthy staff act like patients are relying on their charity. I had a truly rude experience with patient handling in ward no 76 at the scan unit, as well as with the front office receptionists.

Positive experience at Co-operative Hospital

I had a great experience delivering my baby at Co-operative Hospital in Galle. I chose this hospital over others because it has more experienced nurses, and they truly proved that my choice was right for us. The room I stayed in, 501 on the 5th floor, was clean, and the washroom was spacious. They regularly cleaned the room with care, and the food was decent. It was nicely wrapped in a polythene sheet, with rice and curry arranged on the plate in separate sections for each dish. The nurses were very kind and helped me a lot with feeding my child, especially since I’m a first-time mother with no prior childcare experience. Based on my own experience, I would recommend this hospital to others and hope they continue to provide such excellent service.
