As an international customer, I had an excellent experience at this salon. Although it's on the smaller side, the environment was warm and inviting. The staff was very professional, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. The level of service surpassed my expectations, and I really valued their meticulous attention to detail. The salon is ideally situated near Galle Road, featuring a well-lit and air-conditioned space. There are enough staff members to cater to several customers simultaneously, and the service was satisfactory. That said, there are significant areas for improvement in customer service and transparency. We had settled on a fixed price in advance, yet we were charged more than what we had agreed upon after the service was completed. Their rationale was that the price varies based on the services rendered — a point that would be understandable if they had communicated it clearly from the outset. To complicate matters further, their package prices fluctuate depending on the time of day (with higher charges for early mornings and late evenings), which we were not made aware of. People often choose this place thinking it’s budget-friendly, so clear communication is crucial. I believe they should prioritize honesty and building customer trust over chasing profit.
