Extremely poor service! I found them to be completely unreliable. I sent a document from Wellawatta to Kandy a week ago on August 28, 2024, using tracking number RB 17742210. After numerous inquiries about the delay, I reached out to their Kandy branch, where they informed me that the package was scheduled for delivery on Monday and provided me with the name of the person responsible for that delivery. However, when Tuesday, September 3, 2024, came and the package still hadn’t arrived, I contacted the Wellawatta branch again. They then told me that the document had been returned, and to retrieve it, I would need to pay their courier charges. I only have one question for them: why would they accept a document that they cannot deliver? Be prepared; you might find yourself dealing with the same issue. From my experience, the Sri Lanka Post Office service is far more reliable than this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone!

This place is terrible; I wouldn't recommend it. I've used their services a couple of times, but I always had to call multiple times to get my things delivered. They don't keep proper records, so I had to repeat the same package details each time instead of them sending me a text with the information. Essentially, I'm doing their job for them. This latest time, I requested to collect a small item from Furnifits in Nugegoda. I placed the order two weeks ago, but after four reminders, nothing happened. They told me they had informed the Nugegoda manager, but he never collected it from the pickup point. Eventually, I gave up and went with another company in Kohuwala, Junck, who were much better since the order taker was attentive.

I am very disappointed with the service we received. We sent some plants through them, and they arrived uprooted with broken pots, and the greeting card was folded. Before sending, we specifically asked about packaging requirements, but they failed to provide any details. They didn’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge their mistake and acted in an extremely unprofessional manner. I advise against using their service, as the quality is horrendous and unprofessional.

The service here is just awful and unacceptable. The staff at Delkanda and Kelaniya are incredibly irresponsible. They don't even respond to calls or WhatsApp messages when customers try to get updates on their parcels.

Located at Delkanda junction, this place offers outstanding service. We've used them to send gift hampers, and they delivered to Vavuniya and Galle in under 24 hours. You can send packages without needing to register, allowing for cash payments on-site. They are open until 8 PM. Thisara, the staff member at the branch, was very helpful. The delivery charge for packages starts at 500 rupees, with a document fee of 400 rupees for the first kilogram, plus an additional 150 rupees for extra weight. You can also track your package using tracking numbers through their website. I highly recommend their service.

Paying 500/= for a few important documents that take 48 hours to collect from Kahawatte and deliver to Kotte is not acceptable. I need to find a new courier that can guarantee delivery within 24 hours. This experience was just like using the local postal service in Sri Lanka.
