You really need to hire some people who understand customer care instead of idiotic women who act like they are superior to you. who the hell do they think they are? Just because you need their help to find out what happened to your package?

The service at Jarama is terrible. When I called to ask where the branch is located, they only provided a tracking number instead of answering my question. It was a frustrating experience, and they just cut me off. I would not recommend this place. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I had the worst service ever and I wouldn't recommend this courier to anyone. My parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 30th. I received one call, but it got disconnected, and after that, I called back five times without getting an answer. On Saturday morning, I reached out to someone from this courier service who assured me I would get my delivery that day, but no one showed up or contacted me. When I tried to follow up again, my calls went unanswered. Today, I checked their tracking system, and it claims that I didn’t answer their call, but I never received any call from them. Now my parcel is stuck at the Negombo branch. This service is extremely poor and unreliable; I advise against using this courier. Who is the owner of this company? Please communicate with your Negombo branch. This has been the worst branch experience I’ve encountered.

I've been using this courier service since 2023, and overall, it's been great. However, I've noticed that some branches don't meet the same standard. Still, I would recommend it.

The customer service here is the worst. In Colombo, they take over three days to deliver a parcel 🤦🏻♀️ and they don’t answer phone calls either. Despite my urgent request, they are incredibly careless. 😤

I had the worst experience with customer service at Aliya Fashion. I placed an order, and they handed it over to the courier service on May 15, 2026. The parcel was only supposed to go to Godagama town, which is about 20 km away, yet it wasn't delivered even after a full week. They don’t bother to call you; instead, they just reschedule the courier date, claiming the customer didn’t answer the phone. Finally, on May 22, 2026, after countless phone calls from me, they managed to deliver it. Waiting an entire week for delivery over such a short distance is absolutely unacceptable. Their customer care never picks up, and some of the staff lack basic communication skills. Overall, this was a dreadful and very disappointing customer service encounter.💩💩
