The service here is extremely poor. I sent an item to a European country, but the recipient never received it. I've been reaching out for information, and all they keep saying is that they have launched an 'investigation' into this issue. It's been a month and a half now. PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

I had a really poor experience with this courier service. I sent a parcel to the UK, and when it arrived, the entire box was open. I'm extremely disappointed with this service and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I had a really disappointing experience with their service and would not recommend it to anyone. I sent a parcel to Italy last month, and it still hasn't reached the recipient after two weeks. When I inquired about it, the first response was that it had been delivered, which was not true. After following up a second time, they told me the parcel was misplaced and asked for a few days to trace it. Later, they claimed it was found and would be delivered soon. Now, another 10 days have passed since their last update, and I'm starting to think this might be a scam. I'm planning to file a complaint with the Wellawatta Police station.

They are charging local customs duty from both ends. My daughter sent me a parcel, and I collected it today. Parcel.lk's UK office requested the local (SL) customs duty of Rs. 2000.00 via mail from my daughter in the UK before sending the parcel to Sri Lanka. My daughter sent me the invoice they requested and told me not to pay since she had already covered the required amount in Sterling Pounds for the Sri Lankan customs duty of Rs. 2000.00. However, when I went to pick up the parcel today, they insisted that I pay Rs. 2000.00 again as local customs duty. As a well-known logistics company, they shouldn't impose unfair charges on customers from both ends. This is the second time this has happened to me; it occurred last year as well. Please note that this seems to be Parcel.lk's standard practice.

I had a really frustrating experience with this cargo service. I needed to send a package to my sister in Canada, but the whole box arrived damaged and some items were missing. I wouldn't recommend this terrible company to anyone. This has taught me to read reviews before sending cargo in the future.
