Unreliable courier service
I had a very disappointing experience with this courier service. I sent an important letter, and it was delayed by 13 days past the expected delivery date. This resulted in unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A courier service should be dependable, especially for crucial documents, but unfortunately, this service fell short. I wouldn’t recommend them for urgent deliveries.

Unreliable service with hidden fees
The service was extremely disappointing. They impose extra charges before delivery to the destination country, citing various reasons. Recently, they claimed an additional customs duty was applied, but upon checking with the destination port, I found that no such duty existed. It seems they made extra profit from this situation. Once the goods are shipped, customers find themselves in a tough spot, as we have no choice but to pay whatever is demanded to clear our items. I strongly advise against using this service; there are many other quality options available.
