I've dined at the Sheraton Colombo Kitchen multiple times for their dinner buffet. While the experience is generally enjoyable, I've noticed that the selection has decreased compared to earlier visits when they included items like lobster. The food is flavorful, but I've found that around 9:30 PM, the action stations start to close, dishes aren’t replenished, and the staff seem more focused on cleaning than attending to guests. On a positive note, unlike many hotels that cram in more tables, the Sheraton provides comfortable spacing, ensuring guests have personal space, which I truly value and hope they keep up. Overall, it’s a decent buffet, but there’s definitely potential for improvement, particularly in consistency and the level of service towards the end of the meal.

I had a wonderful time at the Nepali Food Festival last night. The food was tasty and genuinely authentic—I absolutely adored the momos! A special shoutout to Tilak Bahadur and Rajesh for the delightful Nepali dishes. Thisira also treated us to some delicious hoppers. Huge thanks to Nimisha, Thumula, and another lady in a white uniform (I apologize for forgetting her name) for their exceptional service.

This is one of the finest spots for buffet dining in Colombo, and the prices are quite reasonable given the extensive selection available. The staff members are friendly and attentive, always keeping a smile on their faces. It's great to see them treating local customers with respect and without any bias. I also appreciated their colorful and stylish uniforms. Overall, they create a very welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. The seafood corner offers a fantastic variety that you rarely find at this price point. Additionally, the Indian section of the buffet is impressively authentic.

It genuinely offers an international buffet experience that caters to all tastes. The service was outstanding from the moment we entered. The staff were friendly, attentive, and remarkably efficient. What impressed us the most was their ability to keep track of each table — they seemed to know exactly who ordered what and were quick to respond to our needs without being overbearing. The ambiance is also a significant advantage. The layout is spacious and well-organized, making it far more comfortable compared to the tighter buffet setups found elsewhere in the city. We felt relaxed and at ease throughout the evening. Additionally, there were various drink options available, ranging from fun shooters to an assortment of teas, with wines available for separate ordering to pair with the meal. Valet parking was provided, adding to the convenience of the experience. In summary, this is a top-notch dining option in Colombo — fantastic food, superb service, and a pleasant atmosphere.
