Great seafood and drinks at Oceans Kingsbury

I had a pleasant dining experience at Oceans Kingsbury, where a reservation is necessary. The food was enjoyable; you can choose seafood options from the fresh display and have them cooked to your preference. Our friendly waiter mentioned that the fried rice portion is meant for one but is actually enough for two, which helped us avoid ordering too much. I ordered the squid in black bean sauce, which was a bit saltier than I would have liked, but the prawns dish was tasty. We also tried a seasonal Christmas cocktail that was really delicious, and the other drink made from kiwi, green apple, and grapes was the highlight.

Incredible seafood experience in Colombo

This was undoubtedly the best and most rewarding dinner I enjoyed during my trip to Colombo. The seafood fried rice was loaded with an abundance of seafood, the bouillabaisse was full of fresh seafood, and the crab was generously drenched in sauce. The seafood salad and crab sauce spread on bread were equally delightful—everything was just incredibly tasty. I would absolutely book another flight to Sri Lanka just for this meal.

Exceptional seafood dining experience

The seafood here is remarkably fresh, allowing you to select the type of fish and your preferred cooking method; the flavors are outstanding. The service is both professional and attentive, and the setting is elegant and delightful, perfect for special occasions. While the prices are on the higher end, they are justified by the quality. I highly recommend the chili garlic prawns and the Singapore-style prawns. Overall, this is an excellent experience and ranks among the best seafood restaurants in Colombo.

Fantastic seafood experience!

I had an excellent dining experience at Ocean Seafood Restaurant. We opted for the grilled seafood platter, which included salad and garlic bread. The prawns, crab, and lobster were fresh and cooked just right, lightly grilled and dressed with a tasty sauce that enhanced the flavors beautifully. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely recommend it to seafood enthusiasts!

Delicious seafood but sold out

The fish and seafood dishes were cooked to perfection. The cocktails were also quite tasty. Unfortunately, we were looking forward to the lobster and crab, but they were already sold out. It's really disappointing that a restaurant known for its seafood has such a limited selection and availability.
