Disappointing Experience with Customer Service

I recently bought a product from this store, and sadly, the experience was quite frustrating. I made my purchase at 1 PM, but just 30 minutes later, I noticed it wasn’t displaying the correct measurements. I called the store at 1:30 PM and returned within two hours to sort out the issue. Even though I was well within the 3-day return window (with the invoice), the owner refused to take back the product, claiming it wasn’t faulty. He insisted that the scale showing 90kg was correct, even though I had weighed myself at home that morning and it was also 90kg. It was evident the scale wasn’t functioning right. The owner’s demeanor was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of helping, he responded with sarcastic smiles and treated me poorly. I even suggested exchanging the product for something more useful, like a tablet or a blood sugar monitor, but he still resisted. After a lengthy and frustrating discussion, I finally managed to get my money back, but the entire experience left me with a sour impression. Businesses should always treat customers—especially tourists—with respect. I won't be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
