This pharmacy was suggested to us, and since then, we’ve been getting our medications from them. We have to say they are quite professional, offer great advice, and will make the effort to find any medication your doctor prescribes. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff seem indifferent to the fact that customers are waiting, leaving people standing in line for ages while employees appear to do nothing of value. There’s a complete lack of urgency, professionalism, and respect for customers’ time. A pharmacy should be focused on helping people efficiently, especially when they might be feeling unwell or stressed. Instead, this place feels like it’s run by people who don’t want to be there. If you dislike your job that much, please don’t let customers suffer because of it. Management seriously needs to take action and address the lazy attitude and awful customer service.
