What I appreciate about this company is that, unlike other online marketplaces, they offer a vast selection of products and services that really enhance customer convenience. Recently, I ordered all my groceries, a lunch pack, and some medications for my mother—all in one go. To my surprise, the delivery was also on time. That's quite impressive!

I strongly advise against using Quickee's service! I’ve decided to uninstall the app after multiple disappointing experiences. They had previously called to apologize for a prior issue and assured me it wouldn’t happen again, but this marks the fourth or fifth time they’ve let me down. Last Saturday, I placed an order that was accepted, but after waiting nearly an hour, I saw the rider leaving the shop without picking up my order. When I contacted Quickee, they finally informed me that the shop was closed, taking about an hour to figure that out without ever notifying me. They promised to refund my money and took my bank details, stating it would be processed soon after the weekend, even though there were plenty of deposit machines available. Yet, I still haven’t received my refund, and I find myself constantly chasing them for the money they owe me due to their error. I’ve had much better experiences with services like UberEats and PickMe. When I called their hotline, it was chaotic—there were so many people shouting in the background that I could hardly hear anything.

I feel scammed. They informed me that the item I ordered wasn't available and still haven't issued a refund.

The service has been extremely lacking. They can't give me any updates on my order, and despite their promised delivery date, it still hasn't shown up. My calls are going unanswered. When I reached out two days ago for an update, they assured me they would call back, but that never happened. I've had to keep following up without any response.

Update: AVOID THEIR SERVICE!! I've decided to uninstall Quickee. After a previous incident, they called to apologize and promised it wouldn't happen again. However, last Saturday, I placed an order that was accepted, and I had to wait nearly an hour. I then saw the rider leaving the shop without picking up my order. When I contacted Quickee, they told me the shop was closed. It took them an hour to figure that out, and they didn’t even inform me. They later said they would refund my money and took my bank details, promising it would be processed soon after the weekend, but I still haven't received the refund. I've had to keep following up to get my money back for their mistake. Companies like UberEats and PickMe are way better than this awful service. When I called their hotline, it sounded chaotic, like a fish market, making it impossible to hear anything. Update: The service remains dreadful. I placed another order hoping things had improved, but the rider picked up the order and headed in the completely wrong direction. They claimed to have multiple orders, but those should be in the same area. The delivery time from pickup was doubled. The time it takes for the food to travel out of the restaurant makes it cold and affects the quality. Disappointing delivery service, don’t order from Quickee. Old review: I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered food, and the merchant sent the wrong item. They acknowledged their mistake and were sending the correct order, but Quickee failed to assign a rider promptly. The rider also dropped off other orders before addressing their error. I ended up waiting another hour and 15 minutes after the initial delivery to receive my food. I placed the order at 7:30 and got the food around 9:40 PM. Typically, delivery services like PickMe and Uber take responsibility and provide refunds, allowing us to order from a nearby merchant or elsewhere. Compared to them, Quickee's service is terrible, and they even took back the food that was delivered. I'm worried that it might be served to another customer, raising concerns about food hygiene.

I ordered a 5L can of hand sanitizer, and they delivered it to Piliyandala in just a few hours, even with the lockdown in place. They did a fantastic job. Keep it up, guys!

I had a really disappointing experience with Quickee. They charged me extra for using Koko payment, and I didn’t even receive a bill for my order. After placing my order, I got no order number, SMS, or email confirmation. The delivery took a long time, and the items I received were in terrible shape — some were even broken. Their customer service was very unhelpful and unresponsive. This was my first and last time ordering from Quickee. I definitely do not recommend this service at all.
