Terrible Service, Avoid Quickee
Update: AVOID THEIR SERVICE!! I've decided to uninstall Quickee. After a previous incident, they called to apologize and promised it wouldn't happen again. However, last Saturday, I placed an order that was accepted, and I had to wait nearly an hour. I then saw the rider leaving the shop without picking up my order. When I contacted Quickee, they told me the shop was closed. It took them an hour to figure that out, and they didn’t even inform me. They later said they would refund my money and took my bank details, promising it would be processed soon after the weekend, but I still haven't received the refund. I've had to keep following up to get my money back for their mistake. Companies like UberEats and PickMe are way better than this awful service. When I called their hotline, it sounded chaotic, like a fish market, making it impossible to hear anything. Update: The service remains dreadful. I placed another order hoping things had improved, but the rider picked up the order and headed in the completely wrong direction. They claimed to have multiple orders, but those should be in the same area. The delivery time from pickup was doubled. The time it takes for the food to travel out of the restaurant makes it cold and affects the quality. Disappointing delivery service, don’t order from Quickee. Old review: I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered food, and the merchant sent the wrong item. They acknowledged their mistake and were sending the correct order, but Quickee failed to assign a rider promptly. The rider also dropped off other orders before addressing their error. I ended up waiting another hour and 15 minutes after the initial delivery to receive my food. I placed the order at 7:30 and got the food around 9:40 PM. Typically, delivery services like PickMe and Uber take responsibility and provide refunds, allowing us to order from a nearby merchant or elsewhere. Compared to them, Quickee's service is terrible, and they even took back the food that was delivered. I'm worried that it might be served to another customer, raising concerns about food hygiene.
