Delivery Delays and Disappointment
I was really let down. The delivery took three days, and when I finally picked up my order, I was charged LKR 580. I recommend using other courier services or opting for pick me flash pickups instead of this courier service.

Terrible Service Experience
The service I experienced was the worst I've ever seen. There was a complete lack of accountability, not only from the local branch but also from the head office. I strongly advise against using this courier service for any important document deliveries. Even my complaints went unanswered.
