Poor delivery service experience
The service here is quite disappointing. When the parcel reaches the closest delivery point, they call us to come and pick it up ourselves. It's frustrating that they still charge for delivery yet expect customers to collect their parcels.😀 …

Smooth delivery experience with Domex
I was a bit apprehensive about using Domex after seeing some unfavorable reviews, particularly because the package included a phone. Fortunately, the delivery process was seamless, and my mom got it safely in Sri Lanka. I monitored the package daily until it reached her. Overall, my experience was quite positive.

Frustrating Delivery Experience
I had a terrible experience with the Domex branch in Anuradhapura. I sent raw pineapples from Yakkala for a dane on May 20, and while other couriers deliver the next day, Domex took until May 24 without providing any updates. I couldn’t reach the Anuradhapura branch by phone, and the address listed on Google was incorrect. The Yakkala branch claimed the delivery was made on May 21, but we never received a call. We had to find the new address on our own. By the time we got the pineapples, they were overripe and no good since the dane had already passed. The staff mentioned they “had no time to call.”

Disappointing Experience with Staff
The staff was incredibly unprofessional. They repeatedly set off fireworks right in front of the vehicle repair center today. Despite our requests to stop for safety reasons, they disregarded us and continued. I'm very disappointed by their lack of respect.
