I received one of the best massages of my life. I had been dealing with neck pain, and now it's completely resolved. The therapists here are incredibly professional. It's hard to find this level of quality in Sri Lanka.

I've been visiting this clean and tranquil spa for several years now, and it always delivers outstanding body massages. It's a wonderful place to unwind. I highly recommend Alvi from The Philippines.

Zen Island is a spa and massage center situated on Mirihana Road in Nugegoda. The location offers parking and has a pleasant atmosphere in a respectable neighborhood. They specialize in Balinese massages performed by skilled Bali masseurs who deliver both technical and relaxing treatments with precision. The interior is very inviting, and the staff is professional and friendly. The massage rooms, beds, and towels are all fresh and clean, creating a hygienic environment. However, the non-A/C cabins have partitions that don't block out noise from neighboring rooms, which can be somewhat distracting, and there's also quite a bit of natural light coming in, which is a slight downside. The massage itself was outstanding, ranking among the best experiences I've had. The masseur was very attentive and maintained her enthusiasm throughout the entire 120-minute session, never rushing or wasting time. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quality massage experience in a safe and pleasant setting at reasonable prices. In March 2023, a 120-minute full body massage cost LKR 8500.

Last week, my husband and I had a fantastic experience at Zen Island. We chose full body massages, which turned out to be both relaxing and rejuvenating. It was the perfect way to unwind after a hectic week. The two therapists, Toshi and Alvi, were exceptional—highly skilled, professional, and genuinely kind. We were truly impressed by the peaceful ambiance and the sense of calm that enveloped us as soon as we walked in. The cleanliness, hygiene, and friendly, professional staff only added to the overall magic. In summary, we had a wonderful time at Zen Island Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing experience with outstanding service in a tranquil environment.
