I will never return to this place. The nail technicians clearly lack the skills to shape nails properly and applied gel nail polish as if a child were doing it. Honestly, I can do my nails at home better than what I experienced here. They did make an effort to fix it for me, but even after the second attempt, it started peeling again. I didn’t even bother to go back!

My experience was quite disappointing. The two staff members seemed completely clueless about their roles. Whenever we inquired about something, they mentioned needing to check with the owner. Additionally, the selection of colors was very limited. It felt as though they were just eager to finish their work and leave. I definitely can't recommend this place.

I had a really frustrating experience. Although I had a confirmed appointment, the salon was closed when I got there, and they didn’t even take the time to call or message me in advance. When I reached out, they simply said it was due to a power cut, offering no apology or solution. It felt unprofessional and was a complete waste of my time.

This is the ultimate spot for nail services! 🥹😘 They can create any design you want and the staff is incredibly friendly. The prices are very reasonable too. This will definitely be my sister's go-to place! 🤍

I had a very troubling and disappointing experience at this nail spa. My daughter visited yesterday for a nail service, and during the procedure, her nails were cut too harshly. As a result, her fingers are now swollen and there's pus, indicating an infection. When I reached out to the salon to report the issue, they responded with a lack of professionalism and concern. They were rude and insisted that this was "normal," which is completely unacceptable. This is not normal; it reflects poor hygiene or careless handling. It's crucial for any salon to prioritize customer safety and hygiene. The way this situation was managed—both during the service and in their response—was extremely irresponsible. I strongly urge others to think twice before visiting this establishment.
