This is by far the worst restaurant in the country. I urge you not to visit. From the moment I arrived, I had a terrible experience, and when I discussed it with my colleagues, they all reported similar issues. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I've been a loyal customer of Waruna Cellular for quite some time, and my experiences have consistently been positive. The customer service is top-notch, and the owner is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Located in Galle, this shop offers a fantastic selection of brand-new mobile phones, accessories, and various mobile phone repair services. I genuinely appreciate the personal attention and support I receive every time I visit, whether I'm buying a new device or seeking help with my current one. As a regular patron, I'm completely comfortable recommending Waruna Cellular to others. It's a dependable spot for mobile phones, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

I paid this shop to fix my phone’s charging pin, and they assured me it was repaired. Unfortunately, that ‘repair’ didn’t even last until I got home—the phone still wouldn’t charge. When I returned to explain the problem, instead of checking their work, the staff were dismissive and disrespectful. They quickly blamed my charger, even labeling it as ‘cheap,’ rather than owning up to their mistake. To clarify, I tested the phone with a genuine original charger right there in the shop. The issue persisted, but they continued to deny it and refused to rectify their error. It’s surprising how confidently they claim to ‘repair’ devices, yet they can’t manage a simple follow-up or admit when they’re wrong. Even more disheartening is their attitude towards customers—once the payment is made, professionalism seems to vanish. If this is how they treat customers post-payment, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before trusting this place.

I brought my phone in for repairs, but when I got it back, it was in even worse shape than before. I raised my concerns, and when they took it back to fix it again, it came back in the same condition. When I pointed this out, they scolded and threatened me, telling me to send it to the manufacturer if I wanted further assistance. The staff was extremely rude and wouldn’t allow me to voice my complaints. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location; it’s actually the second. Despite being a well-known establishment, the service here is very poor, and they clearly lack respect for customers. I can't recommend this place at all. This service doesn't even deserve one star.

We visited to replace a tempered glass, but instead of assisting us, the staff member attempted to sell us a new phone cover. He claimed our current cover was causing the tempered glass to lift. The new cover looked nearly identical to ours, so we asked what the difference was. Instead of explaining, he rudely replied, “Put it on and check.” If we understood the difference, we wouldn’t have asked in the first place. That attitude was completely unnecessary. The customer service was very poor, and the behavior was extremely unprofessional. It’s one thing to try to make a sale, but being disrespectful to customers is not acceptable. I definitely do not recommend this place.
