Fantastic service and delivery experience
I'm thrilled with the service! I'm completely satisfied after my second purchase. My first order was during the second lockdown, and everything arrived at home quickly and was authentic. For my second order today, it posed a bit of a challenge for the team, but they successfully delivered the product while maintaining cheerful attitudes. Great job, everyone! I look forward to buying from you again soon❤️

Exceptional Service at Mr. Apple Shop
I had a fantastic experience buying an iPhone 16 Pro for myself, along with an iPhone 15 and iPhone 13 for my sisters at Mr. Apple Shop – Galle. From beginning to end, their service was truly outstanding. The staff was friendly, well-informed, and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every detail and assist us in selecting the right devices. All the iPhones were completely genuine, brand new, and securely sealed, which gave us total peace of mind. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the entire process was smooth and professional. What really impressed me was their commitment to customer care, which is something that’s hard to find and very much appreciated. I will definitely return and spread the word to my friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 🍎✨
