  Unsafe pharmacy experience

  I had a horrible experience. They replaced my prescribed medication with a different brand without adequately informing me. This is completely unacceptable and could be dangerous. A pharmacy's main focus should be on patient care, not convenience.

  Terrible pharmacy experience

  This pharmacy is the worst I've ever encountered. They provide whatever cheap, low-quality brands they choose instead of the specific medical brand that my doctor prescribed. It feels like they don't care about the health or safety of their patients. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I urge you to think twice before purchasing any medication from this place.

  Frustrated with Pharmacy's Substitution

  I'm extremely angry with this pharmacy. My doctor prescribed a specific brand for a reason, but when I got home, I discovered they had replaced it with a generic brand without consulting me first. When I called to voice my concerns, they acted as if it wasn’t a significant issue. But it is! My body reacts differently to various fillers, and you can't just take liberties with someone's medical treatment. It's careless, it's cheap, and it’s utterly untrustworthy. If I wanted a random selection for my medication, I'd ask a stranger on the street, not a licensed pharmacist. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. They seem to prioritize their profits over the health and specific needs of their patients. I won’t be returning here again.
