This is a nice place to stay. The view from the window is stunning. The rooms are affordable and come with breakfast included. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly.

We made a reservation here and paid upfront via Agoda. However, upon arrival, they informed us that they couldn't provide us a room and that our payment went to someone else. We're left unsure if we were scammed or cheated. As a result, we had to find another place at double the price. I wouldn't recommend this spot, especially for Indians.

The window view is incredible. Unfortunately, I noticed some mold on the walls of the "deluxe" room. The owners are quite friendly, and I suggest requesting an extra blanket since the nights in Nuwara Eliya can be quite cold.

The rooms are budget-friendly and come with breakfast included. While the rooms are fairly average, the view from the window is impressive! Breakfast is tasty, and the staff is very friendly. Plus, they allow dogs, which is a nice perk!

This hotel in Nuwara Eliya was quite disappointing due to its dirty surroundings. The area felt very unclean. I called and booked by phone two days prior, using the number listed on the website. However, when I arrived on the morning of May 5, 2023, I was shocked by what I saw.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. They served Sri Lankan breakfast, and the hotel is conveniently close to all the tourist attractions. There’s a parking facility, which adds to the sense of safety. Just a heads up, you should bring your own bedsheet and pillowcases. The room doesn’t come with a heater, but they do provide one for LKR 1500 per day. Additionally, tea or coffee will set you back LKR 150.

I spent two nights here with my family, and it was a really nice and tranquil experience. The room views are simply stunning, and the rooms themselves are quite roomy. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to prepare the meals we asked for. They offered both western and Asian cuisine. Lunch was delicious and fairly priced.

We spent two nights at this location. The view outside is stunning, and the breakfast offered is quite decent. I also want to highlight the helpfulness of the staff. If you're in search of an affordable option, I would recommend this place. For improvement, I suggest that the bed sheets could be a bit cleaner. Aside from that, I have no complaints at all.

The rooms had a significant mold problem. After voicing our concerns about the room in the photo, we were given another room, but it still had a moldy smell and there were feces in the toilet. My girlfriend was too unwell to switch accommodations, so we managed to stay the night there. On the upside, the hot water was functioning, breakfast was satisfactory, and the manager handled everything professionally, although he declined to offer us a discount.
